We have just had this caravan delivered, it is not quite ready for viewing as we are waiting for the deck to be installed.

This caravan will have a full length wooden decked balcony which will enable the owners to sit out and enjoy watching the ships go by and the stunning sunsets.

This caravan has a spacious feel with large windows, so the owner can really enjoy the spectacular views from inside the caravan.

The caravan is supplied with a BH&HPA Licence Agreement running up to the 31st October 2043.

Pitch Fee for 2024 £3,015.00, price includes VAT.

Rates, Water, Main Drains and Waste Management are an extra charge, price to be advised.

Caravans sold on our park are for holiday use only, it is a requirement that you have a permanent address in the United Kingdom elsewhere and to provide proof of your residential address annually.  The owner must be the main user of the caravan, but friends and family are welcome.

Viewing is by appointment only.  We are sorry we are unable to show you around our park without an appointment.
