Our new caravan for sale is situated on an outstanding pitch located at the bottom of the park, with exceptional views, and an extra-large wrap around wooden decked balcony. The owners really can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and panoramic views across the Bristol Channel, with the ships going by and the evening sunsets.

The 2023 model sees the launch of the Willerby GreEN Standard, which is both good for the environment and your pocket.  Including upgraded insulation in walls, roof and floors. This will make the caravan warmer in the colder months and cooler in the summer.

The Brookwood has a spacious feel with all the extra finishes you would expect from a modern and stylish caravan and is perfect for your holiday getaway.

Our Brookwood comes with the following extras; gas central heating, fully galvanised chassis, integrated fridge freezer and duo beds in the twin room.  Also included; Tv aerial and 4 gas cylinders.

The wraparound seating has a fold-out sofa bed and scatter cushions.  There is a coffee table in the lounge and media unit has a tv point, your caravan will also have the tv ariel already fitted.

The dining area is seamlessly linked with fixed seating and two extra stools and a feature pendant light.

The kitchen has soft close kitchen cabinets with an integrated fridge freezer and microwave, gas oven/grill and extractor fan.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a feature headboard and a lift up storage system.  Bedside cabinets and overhead storage with built-in lighting.  Beside the wardrobe there is a dressing area with a mirror and stool.

The twin bedroom also comes with headboards and has twin single duo beds, which slide underneath each other to provide the option of more room.  The bedroom also includes bedside cabinet and a wardrobe.

The bathroom has a thermostatically controlled shower with feature wallboard, mirrored above the sink cabinet, dual flush WC and washbasin.

This caravan is supplied with a BH&HPA Licence Agreement running up to the 31st October 2043.

Pitch Fee for 2023 is £2,670.00 price includes VAT.  Plus electric which is payable on a metered basis .

Rates, Water, Main Drains  & Waste Management are an extra charge, price to be advised.

Please note, it is a requirement that you have a permanent address in the United Kingdom elsewhere and to provide proof of your residential address annually.
